OOOHHHH! Just got back...it was well worth the time and drive to get
there! Learned so much...including how much work it's going to take to
really get organized...and I have to work on job descriptions for
different cm positions.
It was totally awesome, a lot of great
info. If you get a chance to go to this workshop, don't hesitate!

It was great! If anyone
has the chance to get into this seminar, GO FOR IT! Matt described it very
well, Jim (who always does an incredible job) knocked it out of the
park, and Roger finished up with some high energy ideas (and awesome
giveaways!) and excellent examples. Matt even walked out with a TP shooter!
The three of
us could not take notes fast enough.
It was great.
It
was an awesome day! We spent 75% of the day with Jim learning about
all different aspects of leadership in ministry as well as our
personal lives. Late in the afternoon, Roger took over and walked
through some very creative ways of connecting with the kids in large
group settings as well as demonstrating some techniques.
All in all it was a great day and well worth the time and money!
